In the 1820s, a rather dapper angel and demon are wandering through the streets of Scotland's capital. The nights are dark, the money is scarce, and the duo encounter young Elspeth, who - to keep herself and Wee Morag alive - has resorted to grave robbing to sell the body as a medical cadaver. Aziraphale tasks himself with showing her the error of her ways, and the moral conundrum of being a resurrectionist.  The success is to be determined, with Elspeth retorting a swift, "You can shove your morals up your arse, Mr. McFell."
