Yes. Good Omens HQ is an official entity celebrating the 1990 novel, co-written by Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman, alongside all of its adaptations.

Good Omens HQ currently accepts payments via credit and debit cards, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Paypal. We are unable to accept payment methods such as Cryptocurrency.

You may amend orders until they are processed for shipping. However we ask that requests for amendment are submitted as soon as possible following the initial order. Once fulfilment has commenced we are unable to change your order. You can find this category on the contact form.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, you have a 14 day window to return the items in their original condition for a refund - please contact the Good Omens HQ customer service team. Postage cannot be reimbursed for orders cancelled after their dispatch.

We aim to ship packages as soon as possible, but all orders are dealt with in chronological order of receipt. Packages will be shipped from the United Kingdom, and delivery times will vary based on global postal times. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday only so please factor in additional days to your expected timeline if you order over a weekend.

Taxes and tariffs vary depending on the country you are ordering from.
For customers in the United Kingdom, VAT is included in the price.
For customers in the European Union, you will be able to pay applicable VAT for your territory at checkout.
For customers in the United States of America, prices have been adjusted so at check out your total will include import duties levied at the US border.
For customers in other territories, you will be responsible for paying any additional taxes or tariffs on arrival as prompted by your national authority.
We urge customers to please check any potential charges that may be accrued by ordering items from the United Kingdom with their respective government websites.

As of 29th August 2025, new import tariffs have been adopted for goods entering the United States of America. Good Omens HQ has adjusted the prices of items for customers in the United States to factor in the taxes that will be levied upon arrival, so these can be paid at the point of purchase. This is a new system to minimise impact on customers after they have checked out with their orders.
The process may evolve as the tariff situation continues to unfold.

Following Brexit, orders originating from the United Kingdom to countries in the European Union are subject to taxes levied by the respective destination.
Good Omens HQ currently utilises the EU's IOSS scheme for orders under 150 euros. This VAT payment and other relevant additions can be charged at the time of purchase.
Orders over 150 euros are exempt from the IOSS scheme, meaning that customers will be required to pay import duties, handling fees and VAT at the point of delivery.
Good Omens HQ urges customers to confirm the expected import costs prior to purchase, so they are aware of the approximate dues they will subsequently owe to receive their package.

All of our orders are dispatched from the UK, and we only send using tracked and managed services with insurance. This can mean that the cost for some locations is higher than we would like, but it is important to us that your items reach you safely and don't become lost. Please know we are always looking for ways to offer lower costs for delivery and we don't make a profit on these costs.

Customers are able to initiate an exchange within 30 days from the time their order is received. To do so, please contact the Good Omens HQ customer service team via the contact form and select the appropriate item on the dropdown menu, before providing as much relevant information to your query as you are able. Like-for-like exchanges are dependent on stock being available; in instances where the item in question is out of stock, the Good Omens HQ team will discuss your options with you.
It is expected that products are returned in their original condition and packaging before the replacement item can be fulfilled. Tracking recommended for added security.

Customers are able to initiate a return within 30 days from the time their order is received. If customers change their mind and want to return items, the shipping costs will be their responsibility to cover. If the refund is initiated due to a fault originating from Good Omens HQ or our distributor, shipping costs will be refunded.

Don't worry! The majority of items will be restocked regularly, and updates can be found across the various Good Omens HQ socials for particularly sought after restocks.
Items that won't be restocked, such as collector print runs of books, or limited enamel pin releases, will have clear indications on their respective pages.
If a product is 'Coming soon...', what does that mean?
If a product is 'Coming soon...', what does that mean?
It means one of the following:
- It is a product that originated from the Good Omens graphic novel campaign and will be added to the store at a later date.
- It is a limited release item, such as our seasonal pin drops, which are partially announced prior to them going live for sale.
- An item of stock has sold out, and we intend for this to be re-stocked, but it is currently unavailable.
Items that are not due to be re-stocked will have this information noted on them, such as the Obsidian editions of Good Omens.

You can sign up to the Good Omens HQ newsletter. You can also follow Good Omens HQ across many platforms including BlueSky, Instagram, TikTok and more via Linktree.

Is AI used in any of the designs or merchandise?
No. Good Omens HQ has a firm anti-AI stance both internally and with collaborators, and does not utilise generative AI or equivalent in any of its products or work, at any step of the process.
Good Omens HQ works with a range of creatives and artists on all products and projects, with many talented humans behind the scenes working to bring everything to life.
Kickstarter items
I never received my discount code. What do I do?
I never received my discount code. What do I do?
These codes are allocated to every Kickstarter backer from the Good Omens: the Official (and Ineffable) Graphic Novel campaign from August 2023. You will have received this code directly from PledgeManager in early October 2025. We request you check your PledgeManager account as a first port of call for your code.
If you have not received your code, or are unable to locate it, please contact the Good Omens HQ customer service team via the contact form with the following information:
- Full name
- Backer number
- Any associated email accounts or information on your order
The team there will be able to confirm the status of the code.

Each code is set up to expire after one year. This means that they are redeemable until October 2026.
Note that each Kickstarter backer is allocated one code and these are for one-off use. While it is at backers' discretion whether they use the code themselves, or share it with a friend, it cannot be used for multiple checkouts.
The codes are not limited to specific items, and can be used at any time, whether at shop launch, or new product drops or restocks across 2026.

Please first of all check that you have not already completed an order using this. These codes are all individually generated for one-off use. If a code has been shared with others, it cannot be used for multiple checkouts.
If you do not believe you have used your code yet and it is not working, please contact the Good Omens HQ customer service team via the contact form with your full name, backer number, any email accounts attached the pledge and any other relevant information about your order. The team there will be able to confirm the status of the code.
